Sandra joined Adecco Technical with over 20 years
experience selling and marketing in the technology industry. After
graduating Cum Laude from Indiana University, she started her career
as a Communications Consultant with Hawaiian Telephone (Verizon
Hawaii) and then joined IBM as a Marketing Representative in Honolulu.
In 1980, Sandra began her entrepreneurship as President
of Data Management – a manufacturers’ representative
company for high tech/data communication products in Hawaii. She
added a partner and merged her business with another small business
and became President of Data Tel and Power. After successfully dissolving
the partnership, she joined System Group in 1990 as a Principal
and became President a few years later. She was successful in becoming
an 8(a) SBA firm in 1991 and continued to market heavily in the
Federal sector.
As Director of Corporate Accounts and Government Contracts
with Adecco Technical Hawaii, Sandra again has the opportunity to
support Hawaii's technology sector and offer the breadth of her
industry experience in government contracting to expand Adecco’s
penetration into the military marketplace.
In addition, Sandra’s commitment to giving back
to Hawaii’s community has her involved with philanthropic
and service organizations such as Rotary, Downtown Exchange Club,
Hawaii Family Support Center and others. Her networking also includes
professional organizations such as Hawaii Telecommunications Association,
Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association, National Contract
Management Association, etc. where she has served in every capacity
from Secretary to President over the years.
