We feel that the only genuine avenue for attracting and retaining top-notch candidates and clientele is to focus primarily on the value of referrals. The results of our proven success track, through customers, clients, and prospects that know and trust us, and have been happy with our work, continue to cultivate and nurture our talented pool of applicants. We receive the majority of our candidates and contacts from people who have been advised to call by our previous successful placements and satisfied existing customers.

All of Adecco’s vacancies are advertised on its Adecco-Hawaii web site, which is exclusive to Adecco Hawaii, and our national AdeccoTechnical.com site. In addition, individual campaigns are run with other recognized Internet Job boards such at HotJobs.com, and Monster.com

Local Advertising
Our extensive Island network gives us unparalleled local knowledge. We use this knowledge to target and attract Candidates locally, and to reach Hawaii ex-patriots nationally, which want to return home to Hawaii. Locally, we use all forms of advertising, including local newspapers and magazines, sponsorship of local events and attendance at local recruitment fairs, participation in military and college job placement programs.

Our Mainland Outreach
At Adecco Hawaii, we place great importance into promoting Hawaii's growing technology employment opportunities to Hawaii residents and expatriates living on the mainland who may be interested in moving back home to the Islands. By speaking to Hawaii clubs and organizations all over the mainland, we establish an awareness of the growing employment opportunities in Hawaii and relationships with top talent wanting to return home.

This May 2003, we were an invited participant at Linda Lingle's “Hawaii, Open for Business” Promotion trip to Northern California. The purpose of this forum was to meet, obtain feedback, and solicit support, ideas, and contacts from key industry leaders and kama‘aina in the Northern California region regarding Hawaii’s strengths and comparative advantages in high-tech.
