At Adecco, Candidates can be assessed using our unique Xpert assessment system' which is designed to measure and evaluate the suitability of an individual for a particular vacancy.

Xpert

• Computerized evaluation, testing and training system
• Developed exclusively by Adecco worldwide in partnership with some of the world's leading test experts - Saville & Holdsworth (UK), PSI (USA), EAP (France) and Skillcheck (USA).
• Measures and evaluates Candidates based on "Can do" (skills), "Will do" (motivation), "Will Fit" (with the culture of your organization) criteria
• Increases Candidate/Vacancy fit leading to improved productivity, retention and job satisfaction
• Wide range of skills assessments available, evaluating such abilities as attention to detail, spelling, following instructions and expertise in using specific software packages.

It's also about motivation, work attitude and work preferences. Adecco Xpert is a computerized evaluation, testing and training system that measures and reports on a Candidate's suitability to an individual position benchmarked against your existing staff profile and your industry sector. Xpert enables Adecco to find you better people based on your requirements.

Xpert is divided into three broad types of test:

• Can Do - these tests evaluate a candidate's ability to do the job.
• Will Do - these tests evaluate a Candidates attitude to work, motivation skills, and work ethic.
• Will Fit - these tests assess the fit between an applicant and the employment environment, such as a specific job or client.
We also happy to include Client specific tests where required.

Validation
Through our international validation study conducted with worldwide testing experts including Saville & Holsworth Ltd., Psychological Services Inc., Etablissement d'Application Psychotechnique and Skill Check it has been determined that there is a statistically significant correlation between a candidate's Xpert test results and the performance on assignment.

Training
Adecco, in its stride to provide modern learning & development solutions in a time constrained economy, has teamed up with Skillsoft, the worlds' largest and most experienced e-learning company, with over 18 years experience delivering e-learning solutions to over 2,800 corporate clients and over 4.5 million registered users.
The courses are designed to accelerate the ability of today's workforce, to master the business and technology skills required for competitive success.
The Adecco Online University provides access to 50 free e-learning courses via the Adecco University Website, and includes subjects such as:

• Sales
• Customer Service
• HR & Recruitment
• Management
• Software

The courses are self-directed and allow the learner to access and learn at a place and time suitable to them. The courses can be bookmarked so that the learner can digest the information in bite size chunks. The only pre requisites are a PC and an Internet connection. Therefore the learning can also be accessed from home.

The site is simple and easy to use and learners have the ability to create a plan of learning. An integrated Learning Management System allows reports and information to be recorded on a learner’s progress.

Time Capture
Adecco Timecapture is a means of gathering and submitting timesheets for temporary and contract staff using a variety of methods. Completing this process as quickly and as accurately as possible saves everybody time and money, from the temporary or contract member of staff submitting the timesheet in the first place through to your Accounts team checking that the invoice is accurate.

Capturing Data
Adecco Hawaii understands that not only is every business different but very often individual departments within the same business having different requirements. These requirements could be shaped by any combination of technological, financial, environmental, or cultural factors. To meet these requirements, Adecco Timecapture offers a number of timecapture solutions:

• Paper Timesheet
The paper timesheet can either be posted, faxed or hand delivered to our Adecco office.
• Web Timesheet

For Associates with Internet access, we offer an online timesheet. Using a unique user name and password, Associates login to a secure website and complete their timesheet either on daily or weekly basis. The appropriate Manager then authorizes Timesheets before being sent to our local office or onsite for verification and payment/billing. Once a timesheet has been authorized it cannot be modified.

Payroll
Adecco Corporate pays over 30,000 Associates on a weekly or monthly basis (??using the UK BACS system (Bank Automated Clearing System).
In the unlikely event of a failure within the BACS system, Adecco has a nationwide payroll contingency plan that ensures all Associates will continue to get paid.

This plan is regularly tested so that in the unlikely event of real disaster, recovery transition is as smooth and seamless as possible.

Billing
Paper and Electronic Invoicing
Adecco is able to offer both paper and electronic invoicing options. We are also able to offer consolidated invoicing, so clients receive one invoice for several associates. Along with the consolidated invoice, we supply supporting documentation that breaks down the charge details.
We are able to accommodate most electronic invoicing requests, including EDI, electronic versions of our Standard Invoice or bespoke file formats ready for direct import into your back-office system.
Invoices can be transmitted using a variety of transports, including E-Mail and FTP or even directly into e-procurement systems for direct reconciliation against Purchase Orders.

Transferring invoices electronically has a number of benefits - it reduces the need for manual intervention, leading to increased speed of process and accuracy of data.
