David Norton, our March Associate of the Month

David Norton is a Material Handler at a global healthcare technology company. David has been on assignment for more than one year and has been a great asset to his department and to the Adecco branch.

Recently, the client held a week-long meeting for senior managers and executives. The goal of the meeting was to promote continuous improvement in the organization. Unfazed by the audience or the big stage, David took an active role at the meeting, offering several recommendations for improvement. These recommendations proved valuable, as the issues he addressed would have been otherwise overlooked.

Others at the meeting applauded David for his courage and conviction.

"He was given the opportunity to present the teams results to senior leadership and did a great job," said David's manager. "He is a very impressive individual and equally valuable to my team."

In fact, our client asked us to publically recognize David for his contributions and we are doing just that.

Payam Fotouhiyehpour, our March Associate of the Month

Payam Fotouhiyehpour joined Adecco in 2011 as a Supplier Engineer supporting one of Adecco’s largest healthcare clients. Since his very first day, Payam has been instrumental in the client’s success, saving them time and money and generating tons of positive feedback for himself.

Right away, Payam elicited rave reviews from his manager, who noted how hard Payam was working and how well he was fitting into the team.

According to Payam’s recruiter, Payam “helped to improve the morale of the whole team and he consistently showed a positive attitude and was a delight to work with.”

Payam’s recruiter went on to say, that “the feedback on Payam recently rose from positive to ebullient. His manager informed me that Payam created several databases including a tooling database and tracking system, a color measurement database and an SQM metrics database. This was not part of Payam’s normal job duties, but he took the initiative nonetheless. These databases made the day-to-day work of his team immensely easier and more manageable.”

Stephanie Wyllie, our February Associate of the Month

Stephanie is a Financial Analyst who has received outstanding feedback from our client, one of the world’s leading technology, finance and innovation organizations. As Rand Booth, Stephanie’s recruiter explained, “She goes above and beyond when helping different members of [the client] and always has excellent follow through.”

Recently, Stephanie’s ability to go above and beyond garnered her tremendous praise from the client. As the client’s biggest event of the year – a customer engagement and employee recognition outing at a Major League Baseball game – was approaching, Stephanie recognized a problem with the payment and processing of tickets for the event. Immediately, Stephanie notified her supervisor and presented a detailed action plan in order to resolve the issue. She continued to follow up and ensure the issue was appropriately addressed, offering support whenever it was needed.

Our client greatly appreciated her ingenuity and commitment to resolving the issue.

Mitchell Lind, our January associate of the month

Mitchell joined Adecco in 2009 and has been an exemplary associate in a variety of roles. He has successfully supported many of Adecco's largest clients in functions that range from administrative and clerical to light industrial.

No matter the assignment, Mitchell is always up for the challenge and ready to do his best work, even on short notice. Mitchell also consistently receives great feedback from the businesses he works with and is often requested by our clients. In fact, when a new Adecco client needed a top professional to start the next day, Mitchell came through. He accepted the assignment and did such a great job that the initial assignment was extended. Even when the assignment was complete, the client frequently asks for Mitchell to come back in and provide support for absences and special projects.

Mitchell consistently demonstrates team spirit, customer focus, responsibility and entrepreneurship and it is our pleasure to name him Associate of the Month.
